By accessing or using CoderPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoderPulse is a SaaS platform providing developer tools and utilities including, but not limited to:

  • Cron Helper for scheduling expressions
  • Regex Visualizer for pattern testing
  • JWT Inspector for token analysis
  • DNS Propagation Checker
  • SSL Certificate Inspector
  • API Schema Visualizer
  • And other developer productivity tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Tier:

Basic access to all tools with certain limitations. No payment required.

Pro and Team Plans (Coming Soon):

Paid subscriptions will provide full access to all features, priority support, and advanced functionality. When available, payments will be processed securely through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

Billing (When Paid Plans Launch):

  • Subscriptions will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees will be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CoderPulse and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. By using our tools, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

The tools provided by CoderPulse are intended for development and testing purposes. You are responsible for validating any outputs before using them in production environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODERPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoderPulse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
